一、双极型器件
SIRECTIFIER矽莱克生产的双极型器件包括单相（三相）整流模块、晶闸管（单向可控硅）、晶闸管-晶闸管模块、晶闸管-二极管模块、二极管-二极管模块、双向可控硅、快恢复外延二极管、单相或三相半控或全控模块、固态继电器。电压范围从50V -2400V，额定电流范围从几安培到1000A。

二、IGBT器件和MOSFET器件
江苏SIRECTIFIER矽莱克电子科技有限公司生产的IGBT器件包括IGBT模块和IGBT塑封分立器件。电压规格有600V、1200V、1700V。 电流从6A~1000A。
SIRECTIFIER矽莱克也开发多种功率MOSFET器件，包括标准VDMOS结构和CoolMOS功率器件，目前正在开发新一代的SiC MOSFET器件。
SIRECTIFIER矽莱克还可为客户提供各种复杂结构的IGBT混合模块定制服务。

三、肖特基势垒二极管
江苏SIRECTIFIER矽莱克电子科技有限公司提供肖特基势垒二极管，封装形式有塑封分立器件式和功率模块式。电流范围从5A~1000A， 电压范围从15V~200V。
SIRECTIFIER矽莱克正在开发新一代的SiC宽禁带半导体的肖特基二极管产品。

四、铝电解电容器
江苏SIRECTIFIER矽莱克电子科技有限公司还制造大规格螺栓式和Snap-in式铝电解电容器。电压范围从16VDC~550VDC，最大容量达1500000uF，温度范围有85°C和105°C规格

五、IGBT用高频无感吸收薄膜电容器
江苏SIRECTIFIER矽莱克电子科技有限公司还投资制造IGBT用高频无感吸收薄膜电容器。电压范围从650V~2500V, 电容量从0.01uF~3uF,封装外形有扁平式、圆柱式和模块式。
